2. Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy for subscription services is as follows:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with our services.
Monthly Subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions after the 14-day period.
Annual Subscriptions: Partial refunds may be considered for annual subscriptions on a prorated basis at our discretion.
3. SMS Credits Refunds
Refunds for purchased SMS credits are subject to the following conditions:
Unused SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased.
In cases of service disruption or technical failure on our part that prevents the delivery of messages, we may offer replacement credits or partial refunds.

4. Service Interruptions

For outages lasting more than 24 hours due to our systems, we may extend your subscription period or provide credit proportional to the downtime.
