2. Subscription Refunds

Our refund policy for subscription services is as follows:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with our services.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions after the 14-day period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Partial refunds may be considered for annual subscriptions on a prorated basis at our discretion.

3. SMS Credits Refunds

Refunds for purchased SMS credits are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • In cases of service disruption or technical failure on our part that prevents the delivery of messages, we may offer replacement credits or partial refunds.
  • Credits that expire according to our terms of service are not eligible for refunds.

4. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service interruptions:

  • For outages lasting more than 24 hours due to our systems, we may extend your subscription period or provide credit proportional to the downtime.
  • Temporary service disruptions due to maintenance or third-party issues are not eligible for refunds.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account information, purchase details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
  • Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Any applicable taxes may also be refunded.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
  • Requests made outside the specified refund periods.

8. Policy Changes
